Do I have to have a paypal account to buy a product?
Absolutely not! Once you hit the “Checkout with Paypal” icon in the basket, you can then click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” under the e-mail and you can just add in your card details and mailing address.

How long are your products available to buy?
Every product is available on this website for one month, give or take a few days. Every item will then be made available on Redbubble, although depending on the item it may be slightly different and it will also cost more.

Why are they only cheap for a month?
This is mostly to do with how much room in my house I have, and how much money I have to work with. By putting the items up for cheap for one month, I can print and send the products myself. Then after that month is up, I put them up on Redbubble where I get a commission and the company does everything else for me.

What is your cancellation policy?
You will be able to cancel your order at any time during the month before the product has gone to print for a full refund. Once the item has gone to print, you can still cancel your order but will have to pay a £4 administration charge. If your item has been sent to you and you wish to cancel, you will have to pay a £4 administration charge plus the return postage for the item.

How do I get a product with international shipping?
Buy the product through the basket as normally and when I see that the mailing address is international, I’ll get in touch for the extra shipping money. Or, alternatively, contact me and I can send you an up to date paypal link with international shipping included.

How do I sign up to be a product rep?
Unfortunately I’m fully stocked with reps at the moment but the minute that changes, I will let you know on my social media channels! If you’re really interested in being a rep, you can contact me but I will make no promises.

Why are you using Redbubble for your products?

Can I request a design?
Absolutely! If you have a bookish quote, or a specific type of item that you really want, feel free to contact me and we can sort something out!

I am an author looking for bookish merchandise for my book, can you provide this?
Definitely! I can create bookmarks, badges, bags, etc, etc. If you would like to know more and get a list of my prices, you can contact me here.

Do you do customized products?
Unfortunately at this moment in time it is too pricey for me to do this but I will update this if this ever changes!

I missed out on a product but I really want it, can I still get one?
As long as the item is still on Redbubble then yes, you can! Otherwise it’s unlikely. However if you contact me, I can see what we can do. There is a small chance some products may go live again!
